3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Carbon Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing damages to your vehicle or personal belongings left inside during service.

  • Customers are responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle before service begins.
